白藜芦醇对关节炎及类风湿的缓解作用

以膝关节为主的风湿性关节炎，发病率会高达85%，也就是说几乎所有的人都会在其一生中饱受关节疼痛的困扰。长期以来对于风湿性关节炎的治疗和预防的研究进展缓慢，但是却搞清楚了关节炎跟关节组织中的某些细胞因子（如TNF-α，LT-α等）的浓度过高有关。

当摄取白藜芦醇后，不管是已经有几十年膝关节炎还是几天前刚患的肩周炎，疼痛都会获得缓解。


这是为什么呢？这是因为白藜芦醇可以在短短几天内将血清中的炎症因子TNF-α，LT-α等的浓度降低到正常值。


而长期服用白藜芦醇，受损关节会得到全面康复，这跟白藜芦醇拥有抑制滑膜细胞异常增生（类风湿关节炎）、促进软骨细胞重新修复的能力有关，也就是说长期服用白藜芦醇是可以让受损关节得到全面修复的。
